If you have questions, please read first the F.A.Q.
If you cannot find the answer to your question, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
we will do our best to give you an answer as soon as possible.
1. Is your content exclusive?
Yes, our content is 100% exclusive, you will not find it anywhere else. Yet we also offer third party videos from our partner sites in the Bonus section.
2. Is there a download limit?
We are currently testing a new software to limit the downloads per user to 7.5Gb/day (which is reasonably close to no limit downloads except that it would keep us out of harm's way by preventing abuses).
3. Why is there no trial version?
This is related to the fact that we are proposing many self-shot emo videos. As people tend to download 3000+ Mb in the first 24 hours of their memberships, we didn't want to penalise those who are here for the longer term.
4. How will the charge appear on my credit card?
To protect your privacy, any charges will discreetly appear as CCBill.com on your credit card statement.
5. I have an iPhone. Can I watch your videos with it?
Yes, most of our videos are encoded for iPhone / iPod Touch devices. You can stream them on your phone directly from our site (although a WiFi connection is recommended) or download them for later viewing when you are offline. To install a video on your iPhone, right-click on the iPhone link and select " Save Target As..." in the menu to download to your computer. Once saved, launch iTunes and click on the Movies icon. You can either drag and drop the video in there or search it with the File menu. Click on your iPhone under DEVICES and select the Video Tab. Then Enable the Sync Movies option, and select the videos that you want to copy to your iPhone. Our HD iPhone Porn videos are a must-see!
6. What format are the video clips in?
-Our video clips are encoded in AVI (wmv9 codec), MOV (quicktime with H264 codec), FLV (flash video to stream or download) and in M4V (for your iPhone/iPod and also playable on your PC/MAC with VLC). VLC is free and can be downloaded here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
7. Can I watch the clips on my HDTV?
Of course, but you need a WMV-HD compatible DVD player. Besides being a popular codec for distributing video on the Internet, the codec is also used to distribute High Definition videos on standard DVDs in a format Microsoft has branded as WMV-HD. You can therefore burn our HD clips on any DVD and play it back in true HD on computers or compatible DVD players.
8. I can't play the video. What's happening?
You may need to download the latest version of Windows Media Player. You can get the latest version of the player here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/ or install VLC (it's free, it's very stable and we've noticed that a video played back on VLC looks way better than with Windows Media Player). You can download it here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
9. I can't stream the video. What's happening?
Please note that this website is best viewed with FireFox. Internet Explorer may encounter streaming problems.
10. What's the Recommended Configuration to play our AVI HD videos?
There are many computer configurations capable of playing High Definition content. However, we recommend the following configuration :
Windows Media Player 9 Series
2.0 GHz processor or equivalent
384 MB of RAM
64 MB video card
16-bit sound card and Speakers
11. Are your clips DRM'd or can I keep them?
None of our clips have any DRM. You can keep them as long as you want but they are watermarked and copyrighted. Is is strictly forbidden to share or to copy them.
